Need
The client was in need of a professional firm to handle the stresses involved in a strict timeline and flunctuating adverse conditions.

Challenges
Upon arrival to the site, OfficeTrends USA found the elevator feeding the workspace had not been certified, so was deemed inoperable. The product was HON Consensus and would have to be maneuvered into the building without the use of the facility elevator.

Solution
OfficeTrends USA designed and built an unloading dock adjacent to the area where the trucks delivered the product. Once the dock was built, the scissor lift was placed next to the dock and provided access to the second story window where the product for the entire job was brought into the building.

Advantage
Where any other installation company may have faltered, OfficeTrends USA adapted and overcame to the adversity at hand. The install was completed in accordance with the end user’s move in date.
